1.2. By making a purchase, you agree to our refund and return policy as outlined below.


2. Incorrect Color or Size
2.1. If you receive a product with the wrong color or size, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.
2.2. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hotcentury8@outlook.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
2.3. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.


3. Return Process
3.1. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
3.2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
3.3. Include the original invoice or a note with your order number, name, and reason for return.


4. Inspection and Approval
4.1. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
4.2. If the product is in acceptable condition, we will process the exchange or refund. If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
4.3. If the product does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to deny the return and will notify you of our decision.


5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
5.2. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
5.3. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.


6. Shipping Costs

6.1. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect color or size).
6.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6.3. If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.


7. Non-Returnable Items
7.1. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to undergarments and swimwear.
7.2. Custom-made or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


8. Damaged or Defective Items
8.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hotcentury8@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
8.2. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.
8.3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a replacement or refund as necessary.


9. Sale Items
9.1. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
